The problem is, without the racists and White nationalists, it won't be viable nationally. Most Americans like things like the USDA, the EPA, the USPS, the FHWA and a host of other agencies and programs that help them and make conditions assured for business to grow and develop. Sure, there could be disagreements around the edges around how much the military budget should be or how much aid to send abroad.

I'm PP. I said it MAY go red. PA demographics are trending older, whiter, less educated. Lot's the young people leave: $7.25 minimum wage, 87th lowest teacher pay, GOP rollback of environment regulations, polluting the water and air. I could go on. I've been volunteering 20 hours week in PA to turn it blue. Of course I want it to happen but racism is a work of wonder there.

I’ll add one more thing since I know it’s coming. YES! Property taxes are HIGH. But that because gas & oil corporations don’t pay taxes (or at least a fair share). So folks with property (and they skews older folks) pay super high taxes. Then this same people, drunk on FOX, say “cut school budgets cause we’re old and don’t want to pay” especially for any kids of color.

Again, I’ve been volunteering for the last 2 years in PA and have so much respect for those who are trying to make it a better place to live. And I have hope they will flip the state house.

But back to Toomey, something is up. It will come out. It always does.

PP yes, I agree the GOP is def going to try to steal the election in PA. zero doubt abt it. Thank god PA has a Dem Gov and Dem AG. PA is actually a blue state with just a bunch of deplorable morons living in the middle of it. I am afraid but I have not given up that we can fight of the GOP monsters who are trying to end democratic elections.

PP - I know the racism of PA well. It’s a god awful place I left once I turned 18. That said....polls are strong. Biden will get more votes - only question is whether GOP in legislature can successfully steal the election.
