Not oP, but why no target? How about old navy or gap?

Because the question is what is cool and trendy. No show or knee length brand name. You don’t have to like it but it is what it is.

They don't need brand name socks. They are socks, who cares? Oh wait, you.

+1 My 7 yo DS wears crew socks but I have only bought those and he hasn't asked for anything different. I buy in various patterns and colors to match with outfits.

I didn’t realize socks where a thing. My 9 yr old boys will wear what ever is on top of their sock drawer. Doesn’t matter if they are target, Nike, some knock off from China.

Mine too, same with underwear.

Same. 9 & 11. They are somewhat picky about clothes at times but socks and underwear - never.

Wow! I didn’t think stupid questions existed until right now. Boys? Stereotype much?

DS wears whatever is in his dresser drawer. That could be crew, ankle, or baseball socks. He came out of his room yesterday with navy shorts, Black Panther tshirt, and purple baseball socks. Yes, he had other clothes/socks available. I told him that he has too many colors on and that he should take off the socks, but didn't press the issue. He's just that kind of kid.

This seems like an odd response. Boys don't typically wear the same socks as girls and have different fashion sense.

If they are no-show, then wouldn't it be impossible to even know the brand?

FWIW, I actually love my nike and under armour running crews (40 year old boring mom) for trails runs especially and for lifting days and have some great random bright colored ones from Amazon too. I got all my UA/Nike ones from TJ Maxx/ Marshalls (often mens section) and they are always stocked and then usually actually cheaper than Target

Huh?
What is stereotyping about "boys" and "socks".

Just send some fun socks in crew or ankle that the kid can mix and match! No show is what women wear when we don't want socks peeking out but little kids don't care

Actually men wear no show as to not take away from their cool shoes.

Wait have I been buying my daughter the wrong gender socks all this time?!

My 8 year old wears tall athletic socks. His favorites are adidas, but he has a variety. I just buy whatever cheap packs are available on Amazon. He plays soccer and goes through socks very quickly.
