Can kids get flu shot at CVS or Costco or Giant?

I highly recommend Walgreens over CVS. We were in and out in the middle of the day with just the masked pharmacist and our masked family.

They are also only using the quadrivalent vaccines which protects against 4 strains. Much better than the trivalent that protects against only 3 strains.

Call ahead and go.

Oh, wow. The Spring Valley CVS said kids had to be at least 12 to get a flu shot there.

Yeah, I have to say...I don’t get this. My pediatrician is only doing well visits in their office. No sick kids and no flu shots. There’s literally a tent in the parking lot where they’re doing drive-by flu shots. So much less exposure than taking kids into a grocery store target or CVS.
