Baking C.C. cookies with unsalted butter

Google "Cook's Illustrated Perfect Chocolate Chip Cookies". I don't want to post the recipe on here because it's a subscription-only site, but I know the recipe is up on various blogs.
Made with browned butter. Soooooo good. Even better with their suggestion of Ghirardelli's 60% cocoa bittersweet chocolate chips. |

| Agree with the PP. Have that Cook's Illustrated recipe mag and made those cookies a bunch of times. THey are awesome and always a hit. I mix the dark chocolate with semi sweet chips since my dh doesn't like all dark chocolate. |
