I'm a fan of the frozen lasagne that comes in a two pack with sausage in it. Also the potstickers and wontons for quick food the rana mushroom chicken linguine in the refrigerated section isn't bad either. I also love the fresh chicken salad on their croissants but am the only one that eats it in my family so can't finish it.

We liked the pre cooked sliced steak (cuisine something brand) and the grilled chicken skewers (picky eater will eat them with chick fil a dipping sauce).

Rotiserrie chicken, baguettes, 4 pack of kirkland frozen cheese pizza, giant bag of spinach mozarrela ravioli (this is really good with a wegmans recipe involving sauteed spinach and poached egg).

My kids don't like their pizza. If your kids like chicken salad, its an easy meal they can fix themselves. They also had these fresh mini pancakes that were great for kids to make themselves-not sure if they still carry them.

also really like the giant strawberry cake.

I like the reddit costco thread for reviews, too.

Street tacos and chicken pot pie. The pot pie is amazeballs and it took us years to try it. We are now obsessed.

We always have a pack of tamales in the freezer
Kirkland smoked pulled pork is pretty good
The frozen Beecher’s Mac and cheese is to die for, so good

So I’ve seen packages of frozen mac and cheese definitively labeled as Beecher’s in Washington state Costco’s. Here on the east coast, there is a seasonally available frozen Mac and cheese labeled as Kirkland Signature. It definitely tastes similar to Beecher’s so I wonder if it’s the same product, just labeled differently in our market? I’ve wondered this for awhile!

I can’t believe no one has mentioned the st Patrick’s day shamrock ravioli with sharp cheddar. It’s so good! I buy a ridiculous amount and try to make them last all year in the freezer. I have two packs left to get me to spring....

We love the street tacos and also the salmon with the dill butter.

Honest question: what is so great about the street tacos? I have almost gotten them a couple of times bc of recommendations here, but they look like something I can pretty easily throw together. Am I missing some element of their deliciousness?

The deliciousness of the street tacos is purely that you open the top of the container, nuke the chicken, and then each family member/kid makes their own taco. No work, no effort, no cleanup, and everyone can make something they like.

Agree that it would be easy to do on yoru own,b uti t ouwld be 20 minutes more work

PP that mentioned flautas -- are those the ones in the refrigerator section? Which Costco do you shop at? They stopped carrying them at ours.

I like their frozen chicken toquitos. I serve it with a salad with feta, rice, beans, sliced avocado and salsa.

Yakatori rice bowls. I add finely shredded - lettuce, carrots, spinach, garlic, tomatoes, green onions, cilantro. I also add sunflower sprouts, mung-beans sprouts, planter peanuts, toasted sesame and sriracha for a very filling and fingerlicking good meal. Two bowls can feed a family of four. I microwave it in a large glass bowl and I add a bit of water to it too. Microwave it for more time than is listed. I usually microwave it for 5 minutes instead of 3.

I make their ravioli but then after boiling I pan saute it and serve with a pasta sauce seperately. Otherwise I saute garlic, onion in a jarred pasta sauce, add some cooked sausage, bit of bacon, basil leaves and then dunk the ravioli in it.

Dr. Prageers veggi burger. Make a hot sandwich with pan toasted whole wheat bread, sauteed tomato and onion slices, lettuce leaves, finely sliced garlic, harissa and a dash of feta cheese. It is to die for.
