| No. Just rest you worn he resting for a long time once baby is here. Both of mine were a week late fwiw. I just cook babies longer. |
| Rest, it’s so hot! There was a heat wave my last week of pregnancy at the end of June/ beginning of July so miserable. One thing that helped is my doc and I had an induction date So there was an end point. Do you have that? |
| Follow your body. I was so tired in my last two weeks and pushed myself to workout. My water broke in my exercise class ten days before my due date and I had to be induced. Not fun. With this pregnancy, I am following what my body tells me. |
| I hope there's a special place in heaven for women who give birth in August because it's so hard to be in your third trimester in this heat |
No no no. You are not delaying anything. If you don’t feel like walking or moving you shouldn’t. |
Not OP, but thank you... i'm three days from my due date and it's my first... I thought maybe I was just being overdramatic haha |
Haha this was me and I had the best first week of maternity leave ever (before baby arrived). It was the Before Times, but I went to the movies, got my nails done, read books, took naps. It was great. Just rest! Baby will be here when it feels like it

Good luck OP and do whatever is comfortable for you. My baby was 10 days late and I went into labor naturally the day before my scheduled induction.
I remember constantly thinking”when is this baby coming?) while my feet were swollen if i was standing or walking for 10 minutes. By the end, it was more comfortable to lay on my side in bed, and maybe some cat-cows in bed so that’s all I did. |
This. If it is the first child, you will never get the same rest again, so enjoy it. |
