Skip cards against humanity if you have under 13. Apples to apples works though.
I would suggest taking a soccer ball, volleyball, two posts and something to be rigged as a net, a frisbee, etc. You’re going to the beach, get everybody outside and active. |

We holed up in a cottage and played Pandemic back in June. Lots of fun, and it allows plenty of adjustments as you learn the game so it doesn't get boring once you master the basic strategies.
Made us feel better knowing that things would be much better if only WE were in charge! |

Forbidden Desert is a great cooperative game. But, like anything, some people will find a way to argue about it all
And a couple places of regular ol' playing cards, maybe with a rules book for several games. And BopIt. It gets pulled out every few months here. Adults, kids, everyone loves it and can play equally. |
