NCSL and MoCo home games

Most of the things you can do in a game you can do in a rondo. Problem is bc of the guidelines, a lot of clubs’ practices don’t even allow for players to pass the ball to each other. Now that’s ridiculous.

You would be surprised at how many MoCo teams are doing scrimmages during practice even as restrictive as MoCo rules are.

American kids play 1/4 of the total number of games per year that a Spanish kid plays. We play much less actually.

I was shocked and when I was told how many the kids there play. They believe games are incredibly important.

It's the same in the Netherlands - and all over really. They play games every Saturday - and it's a 10 month schedule same as the pros follow. It's also common to have friendlies in the middle of the week. And they scrimmage every practice.

As for rondos (i.e. - possession based SSGs), those are also great and should be a staple of training - but aren't they also not allowed according to MoCo's order b/c they are full contact without social distancing?
