Suggestions for work-outs for someone who hasn’t worked out in awhile

On the peloton app if you click on “featured” in lower left, the top area is “recommended programs” and they have four week guides for strength, meditation, abs, etc. it breaks the videos down by which to do in week 1, week 2, etc. very straightforward.
