Have you ever cleaned Dryer Vent?

Dumb question: can this be done from the outside vent as long as the dryer is right up against the outside wall, or do you have to pull the dryer out and disconnect things? Ours is connected to water for steam and I’m concerned about pulling the water line if I pull the whole dryer out from under the cabinet to get behind it.

It depends. Sometimes you can. Our dryer is right against the wall, and we cleaned ours with a brush from the outside and then used an attachment that is like a long flat hose that can go into the dryer through the lint screen, and that took care of everything.
