When is your nanny coming back?

Most people hire a nanny for these situations and they have continued to work as that is why you go with a nanny vs. day care.

We are in the same situation. We have been paying our nanny since mid-March and she isn't working. But we are going to have to stop. I have a pre-existing condition and she can't really come back safely. She has been with us for 5+ years and we were hoping to have it work out, but I can't see how. We are both worried about our own jobs now.
