Yes. Substitute the water it calls for with coffee (I just use what’s left in the pot from that morning) or red wine. Deepens the chocolate flavor. |

| You might not want to know this but one cup of mix plus one egg plus a splash of vanilla extract makes two chocolate waffles - in about 5 minutes. These are particularly good with a few strawberries and vanilla ice cream or whipped cream. |

Wow- way not to take a joke. But just because it is DCUM, you must have meant *fewer* of them. I love this style! My kids don’t like them that way but adults really love the nuanced umami brownie. |
