Are you ok with hospitals and other essential functions losing staff because they don’t have childcare? This is essentially what you are saying.

teacher here. Thank you for your concern, but no one in my house has been off our own property for almost two months. I think when my center opens up, the risk of 10 kids with 20 working parents literally climbing all over me is much greater to me than the risk of my teleworking husband and our clorox wiped grocery delivery is to the kids.

Essential workers have had childcare all along. What is your point?
