Thank you! I didn’t know the exact name for it. I know it won’t be as affordable as a regular bay window, but I’m hoping it’s nowhere near 40k or it would definitely not be with it! |

I'm the PP who said it was a cantilever.
Just the window itself will cost about $8k. The contractor will need to demo that wall, put in structural supports, and rebuild the wall. I don't know how much it will cost but cantilevers can add valuable space and look nice. It's worth getting bids. |
