Do they live with an elderly relative? Do they have any health issues? If not, who cares? |
Tennis is low risk. I would say one of the lowest risks. I don’t think the courts should have ever been closed. |
This is a great time to start thinking critically.
Analyze the info and make decisions that are best for your famiky. You don’t need to blindly follow whatever the govt tells you |
You sound mentally ill, OP. Please please get help. This is not healthy. |
What state is your cousin in? |
You sound jealous. |
You sound punitive OP. |
Tennis instructor got to eat too. |
Tennis is the only thing keeping our family sane. Our tennis pros and DH and I have read and follow all guidelines to a T. Tennis can be the perfect social distance sport.

True, but I wasn’t clear that it’s a public court? |
Tennis is perfectly fine. It's kind of ridiculous that cities banned public tennis courts from staying open, even for family members (!) and yet kept public transport open. Way more germs on an underground subway than a sun filled tennis court. |
This is absolutely not a big deal. |
Jealousy is a bad look. If I had a tennis court I would be using it. That has nothing to do with professional players inability to access courts. I've been a stay-at-home person but I would open tennis courts in a second. Touching the same tennis ball is not going to spread the virus. |
I was thinking I wish my sons coach was still comfortable having lessons. It’s one of the few activities I think I’d be ok with right now....outdoors, 2 people, minimal risk. |
People take public transit to get to work and many of them don't have any other options. It's more dangerous. But the benefits are much higher as well, and banning decisions are made based on a combination of those things. |
