dinner will be chicken with sweet potato fries and spinach

Breakfast:
hot chocolate
3 cubes sharp cheddar
1 mini whole wheat bagel - plain
1 boiled egg
1 banana
(similar to starbucks high protein breakfast)

Lunch:
spaghetti with meatsauce
ice tea

afternoon snack:
2 godiva truffles

Dinner:
Grean chicken curry with rice and green beans
Diet coke

I know I need to cut out the carbs. I did a low carb diet last year and lost 12lbs in a month. As you can see, I've slowly introduced carbs back into my diet and slowly have put those 12 lbs back on, Agh!

Breakfast: A sandwich of avocado, cheddar, and greens on multigrain bread. Coffee.

Lunch: Potato and white bean soup with multigrain bread.

More coffee.

Dinner will be vegetarian chili with avocados and tortillas or cornbread. And a glass of wine
