Colleges Cancelling Tours

If they cancel the tours that my kid and I are planning to attend over spring break, we will still go anyway. We will just walk around, like a self-guided tour. It's not like the schools will be locking out visitors, right?!

I am the OP. I was just thinking we would do the same thing. I was so looking forward to getting out of here with my family. I think we might just go anyway and look around. You can find all the specifics for courses of study, etc online.

We were hoping to visit any remaining schools that my HS senior wants to visit before May 1 decision day

I guess maybe he will need to decide without it- yes we can go anyway but not sure that is worth it...

I guess we will know more on April 1

Not sad about cancelled graduation ceremonies here. They are long and boring! We will have our own party and none of us will miss sitting through the long ceremony with dull speakers.

UW has also suspended tours until at least April 6 - assume all colleges will follow suit within next couple weeks. They are/will updating and expanding online tours.
