I think they have to put down a lot of deposits themselves for study away programs, and that they are operating with a best-case scenario attitude. I would assume your deposit is nonrefundable if you don't go, but the program does go ahead. |
That's exactly the situation. A lot to lose when we know of the risk. So hard to see both money and opportunity to go down the drain. I assume standard travel insurance won't cover? |
