I rely on my weighted blanket and body pillow for sleep. What to do?

I never sleep well when I travel. I just suck it up. Sounds like you need to as well!

Is this the first time you've ever slept away from your home?!

Sometimes I think people lack someone in their life to tell them to toughen up.

Pay for an extra suitcase for your weighted blanket and body pillow or tough it out.

Compassion is kinder and more effective.

Leave them at home but be sure to pack your helmet. Easier to fit in the overhead compartment.

Depends. My grandpa was a hypochondriac his whole life. But my grandma would always say “Oh for Pete’s sake nothing is wrong with you!” and when she died in her 60’s his hypochondria went nuts. He needed her tough love.

Try a weighted vest or compression shirt to simulate the blanket.

Pack your clothes in a pillow case to simulate the body pillow.

Yup, if they are that important pay to bring them in a checked bag.

I had this same issue and tried to deal for one trip and did not sleep, even with sleep aids. Now I know I need to pack my weighted blanket.

Maybe just learn to sleep without a crutch?

Maybe just learn empathy?

Tie a bunch of water bottles together or as others have suggested,Amazon. If this truly is a big deal to you the $50-100 they cost will not be an issue.
