Smart move and congrats! Do you mind sharing which clinic/doctor you left and which clinic/doctor you switched to?

Sure, and thanks! I saw Dr. M at CCRM NOVA.

What protocols did you try and what protocol were you on when you got your 6 normals?

For my failures, we tried both BC and estrogen priming. My numbers were all over the place no matter what we did (one cancelled cycle, 3 eggs, 20 eggs). For the 6 normals, I did estrogen priming but for not quite as long and went more aggressive on stims. Don’t recall the exact dosages. I took Clomid the entire duration, which I thought was interesting. We also added PICSI because why not? For the transfer itself, I took antihistamines, and we did a natural cycle. Since there are so many variables involved, we will never know the difference maker. Good luck!

I did a thaw and test on 5 day 5 embryos. 2 didn’t survive the thaw, 2 were normal, one was inconclusive. I transferred one normal and now have a gorgeous baby girl. Note, my embryos were frozen using old technology.

Did you thaw, test, refreeze, thaw again, then transfer? Or did you thaw, test, and transfer without freezing a second time? Thanks and congrats on your sweet baby girl!

We were successful on the 6th cycle, which was the 5th transfer. One cycle got turned into freeze only with no transfer. We had twins on the 6th cycle.
