What is your budget?

Fox Mill is $525k-$650
Franklin Farm is $600-$725
Franklin Glen is $600-$700
Chantilly Highlands is $550-650

All go to great elementary schools and great middle schools.

Sorry, missed the budget. But I still recommend the above neighborhoods. They go to Fox Mill, Crossfield, Lees Corner, and Oak Hill Elementary and Franklin or Rachel Carson middle schools.

I live in Greenbriar (22033, right by Chantilly HS) and commute to Reston. We also had looked at the Franklin Farm/Chantilly Highlands area and the Fox Mill area while house hunting. Oh, and a neighborhood in Herndon called Stuart Mill, which tracks to Armstrong ES in Reston.

We love our neighborhood-my children are walkable to all 3 levels of school, we can walk to parks, the Library and the shopping center up the street. And we’re pretty easy driving distance to lots of other things. Worth consideration.

How about Reston?

Seconding Fox Mill. we rarely hear the airport even though we are 10 minutes away from it. The elementary school is walkable. Lots of kids in the area. And 10 minutes from Reston Town Center, including traffic lights during Rush Hour most days.
