Vegas
India Cruises of any sort |
It is! Iceland, Alaska, any cruise. No thanks, you can keep it. |
Outer Banks |
PP here. Add: Mexico - need to be somewhere I can drink the water and be safe, those are my criteria. Vegas is depressing. |
Outer Banks — boring. I love the beach, but I’d rather go somewhere like Cape Cod or San Diego or Naples in FL where there is more to the destination than just miles and miles of beach houses and the beach.
Vegas — not super into gambling or bars or partying (I promise I’m not a TOTAL loser, haha) so...meh Dominican Republic, Mexico, or any other vacation destination where you’re basically walled off in your resort. I like to be able to walk into town and stuff like that. |
I’m not saying I wouldn’t go to these places, but I’m not thrilled any time I go somewhere I can’t even brush my teeth with the tap water. Such a luxury we have here. |
Atlantis been there way way overpriced.
Mexico Bahamas DR |
Vegas.

Ski vacations out west. Maybe if I were SUPER into skiing I would feel differently. But for now, Snowshoe is fine — I dislike cold weather enough as it is, so if I’m going to spend allll that money that it would cost to go to CO/UT in the dead of winter, I’d rather go somewhere where it’s actually warmer than where I live... |
Not PP but while that can be a downside the lack of crowds can outweigh it sometimes. |
Not really a destination but I have no interest in going on safari. |
Mexico
Caribbean Disney |
+1 We've lived here over five years. We went twice (in September) and it was fine but very ordinary. I really have no need to ever go again. Maybe with free lodging. |
Israel. I don’t want to support subjugation of the Palestinians and more broadly religious sites are of little interest to me. |
