How do I get back on track? Blew my weight loss.

No not this far out. A lot of us were up 2-3 lbs Jan 1 and that was water weight. Up 10 lbs in January 12 when “the holidays” ended 2-3 weeks ago is actual weight.


If she has been eating junk lately she will lose some water weight when she starts to eat healthier again. I'm not saying that she would lose 10+ pounds but she could easily lose 2 or 3 just in the first week of going back to healthy eating. When you are only looking at losing 7-10 pounds, 2 or 3 pounds is a pretty big deal.
