Obamas not going to church on Christmas

Does that H also stand for Hussein? I understand He hasn't come up with a birth certificate to prove He was born in Bethlehem; is that true? BTW, I'm waiting for a President who is sensitive enough to celebrate a Jewish Christmas -- dinner at a Chinese restaurant and a movie. PS, in case it's not obvious,

| I never thought that Obama was particularly religious so this doesn't bother me. At least, he's not being a hypocrite and going just for political reasons. It doesn't sound like he had a religious upbringing and I guess his daughters won't either. |

Isn't church about having an organized way to reflect, but can't one do this in the privacy of their own home family?

| I don't care whether Presidents go to church, visit often with their adult children, or like broccoli, etc. What's it to me? I do sort of care about whether they are faithful to their spouse, as I see it as an indicator of their overall trustworthyness, but even that part of their private life is really none of my business as long as their staff and publicly paid lawyers are not sent off to deal with infidelity issues rather than the public issues for which they are being paid. |

Yeah, I have mixed feelings about the fidelity issue. What bothers me is when people do reckless stuff that endangers their careers (Edwards, Clinton) or when they criticize people like Edwards and Bill Clinton for this but are liars and cheaters themselves (a growing number of Republicans). |

Did you know that George W. Bush did go to church on Christmas and he almost destroyed this country?
See...church attendance has no correlation with your ability to lead GOVERNMENT. |
