What did you eat and drink after your embryo transfer?

My successful cycle was at the end of several unsuccessful ones, so by that point I'd given up thinking there was anything I could do by way of diet/exercise/rest/stress to impact success.

Good luck! Hoping by now maybe you've gotten a positive?

This is the OP. Thank you! I had positive beta today with a good number but as folks here know, even with a genetically normal embryo, there are still several more steps. Did drinking bone broth every day help? I don't know but it was good for my joints and I really like Kettle and Fire's bone broth (Trader Joes has a refrigerated version that is pretty good too)

I understand and empathize that you're trying to do everything you can, but food choices (minus alcohol and caffeine) really won't make a difference. Eat what you like to as this is a stressful time, drink plenty of water, and get rest. Best of luck!
