Oh God. Soooo sorry to hear this. My DH and I went through this in June. Nothing short of devestation. I was so depressed for so long, and nothing seemed to help.

The thing to remember is that unfortunately, MC are common, and it's nothing you did wrong.

Also, many, many women go on to have healthy babies after a MC, so your chances are great for that.

Give yourself time to feel all that you need to. There are no rules or no way that you should be acting. Just be you and take the time you need.

Most likely you will be pregnant again, hopefully soon.
