Disappointed with CVS photo quality

+1 for Mpix. They were recommended by our wedding photographer several years ago for prints. I've been very pleased with the quality.

Not helpful, but just a lament for my hometown appliance store + photo processing site. They printed the most beautiful photos. I’d pay a little extra for fancy B&W paper that made my blacks and whites so crisp. They shuttered over 10 years ago, sadly.

I usually like Costco, but last year the 5x7 print quality was not as good as usual. I have always been pleased by mpix (but sometimes need a local option due to time constraints).
