Are the Kardashians bad influences?

Stop saying "spread their legs" what a gross term.

Well it describes gross women.

I don't think being a single mom is wrong. I think starting out a child's life at a deficit deliberately and ESPECIALLY when these Kardashian-style women don't have an income to support their kids or their households is wrong.

For the record - I think shows like Teen Mom are also horrible influences.

I'm pretty sure they have incomes that are much higher than yours. Also, the dads play an equal part in this. They choose not to be present.

Single moms and being proud of it was never so blatant. Even the 'supermodels' of the 90s didn't do it.

They got pregnant and had abortions because they were shamed for it. That is way worse.

Worse than bringing up a child in an unstable and potentially even detrimental environment?

I watch some of these influencers have kids and they clearly never realized that the child wouldn't be the same as the accessory dogs they tote around for fun in their purses.

The influencers money is dependent on being both available day/night for events, being able to get on a plane at the drop of a hat, and being sexually desirable (which includes the fantasy of not being tied down).

They're losing their incomes, can't move forward as influencers, and some of them even their marriages.

Look at Tammy Hembrow. She moved to LA in March and was back in Australia by July because she realized she just couldn't do it (take her career to the next level) with her two kids in tow.

Evidence?

Eh. I’ve known many families who did it “right” and it was just as toxic of an environment. I don’t think a person’s marital status is a good indicator of whether or not they’re a decent parent.

As for “influencers”- it’s all an act, and very few of them act the same way in their private lives as they do in their public lives. Many of them are probably fine moms.

When you use that term, it says far more about you (and nothing good) than it does about the alleged leg-spreaders.

Why assume instability. Most single women I know are more stable.

Shaming women into abortion is not pro choice it is actually the opposite of choice.

You support a society that makes women quit working because of children.

Please... do better.

Many of the young, early influencers are popping out kids. It’s how they can stay relevant. They can exploit their kids for clicks.

We are behind the curve in making laws to protect these kids.

This thread is about influencer single moms not 'normal' single moms/women with actual jobs and stable paychecks.

Being a influencer requires you to be constantly on the move to the next job, the next late night event, the next bikini shoot. If you're not available when they call there's a 1,000 other women willing to be sent to Barbados for 'the gram'.

If you say so. You’re offended by the term not me. Maybe you lay there like a fish.

Great point. They didn’t just go to the local sperm bank and deliberately choose to be single moms. They were involved with someone and got pregnant by someone (someone who has an income to support their kids and their households) but their relationship didn’t pan out.

I don’t care about the pregnancy stuff. Like a PP, I find the Kartrashians ridiculous wealth for basically just being famous disgusting. Influencer culture is disgusting. And looking up to these women who basically contribute nothing to society? Gross.

I think you'd be surprised.

Most of those influencer chicks are renters one boyfriend away from being kicked out of their digs. Remember when Jordyn Woods (Kylie Jenner's BFF) got kicked out of Kylie's house? Where did she go? She's been squatting in her parent's place and now has a new rental so far out in the hills.

The KARDASHIANS are rich because of their show and their momager's knowledge of contracts. Most influencers don't have a Kris at their backs.
