Can you share the location where she had it done?

I wouldn't go trying a bunch of supplements and expensive alternative therapies if you're about to go traditional route (I'm assuming you mean IUI/IVF). Messing around with a combination of things recommended online or through hearsay is not a great idea.

It's all a scam. If it makes you feel better and less stressed, feel free, but don't expect anything positively medically to occur.

There are proven benefits to certain supplements for fertility. Folate, DHA, vitamin D3, Selenium. Some of the other stuff is not proven — no scientific proof yet about acupuncture for example. (Although absence of proof so far does not mean it’s useless)

Also lean PCOS (with borderline hormone levels, but cystic ovaries and irregular cycles). Metformin helped me get pregnant the first time and the second time I used Ovasitol (more natural).

Low carb. Lost 100 pounds and began mentruating and ovulating normally. Got pregnant naturally at 38.

Another one t ask your doctor about is CoQ10 for overall support. And, forms that are water and fat-soluble absorb better.
