To the person that said we need to be more sensitive about the "Idiots" that are actually dumb enough to send in "Gold" via mail to a "P.O. Box" no less. That moron needs his head examined. Its because of passive idiots like yourself that never tell people how stupid they are for even "Thinking" to remotely believe any stupid crappy tv commercial on tv. This is why people dont learn a "Common Sense" lesson and dont believe everything they are told no matter if its on TV or on the Radio or because the person saying says "We are professional" Just because the marketing company that is selling or getting something from you "SAYS" they are honest is not a guarantee that they are honest... "Duh"... All of you idiots I tell you what I need some cash to save some orphans in the Sudan or In Latin america send me some cash so I can send you a xerox copy of a underprivileged actor dress up without shoes so you can think your saving someone. It will only cost you 10 dollars thats nothing so please send me 10 dollars cash okay. I been in business for 100 years why? because I said so... Is the photo of the orphan really the orphan getting the 10 bucks "Why Sure!" it is.. Because I said so.

For the idiot that says how do these companies get away with this? I will tell you how they do it. The reason why the get away with it is there is always idiots like the ones above that have no common sense or are so dam lazy that they cant bother going to a "Real" jeweler" to sell their gold. Oh and one more thing Postal Employee's do steal..... So putting gold into envolopes that are marked "Gold 4 cash" is such a bright idea isnt it??? LMAOF.

The initiative taken for the concern is very serious and need an attention of every one. This is the concern which exists in the society and needs to be eliminated from the society as soon as possible. I'm sorry, I am sort of flabbergasted that people put valuables in an envelope and mail them off to a stranger for the stranger to evaluate privately and mail back whatever money the stranger deems appropriate. It's just such a bad idea on so many levels. I hate to throw salt in the wound, OP. Maybe if you contact the Better Business Bureau? Good luck. I hope you don't get too ripped off.

I sent my gold rings and phones 3 months ago never got nothing back no I got a lawyer and he is filling against them it is a real scam .

This is the busiest time of year for mail, so lots of stuff will take longer. Throw in the storm, and that could delay things further.

This is pretty much the case. They have other ways to nickel and dime you but it must be a mint for them, buying $300 worth of gold for $30. DO NOT USE MY GOLD ENVELOPE!! WE SENT GOLD IN WORTH OVER $500!!..THEY SENT US A CHECK FOR $9!! MY HUSBAND AND I A RE STILL WAITING FOR OUR JEWELRY TO COME BACK.
