OP what is it about the boyfriend that has worried your ex.
If your new boyfriend is shady in any way that will reflect poorly in court. A court will rank the child's safety quite highly. Get a lawyer. |

| Op nobody knows what is going on. You getting a boyfriend in and of itself is not the reason. So something about you or the boyfriend or how this is impacting the kid must be driving this decision. If it were just “my ex wife is dating” the judge would throw it out. If it has merit, get yourself in order and get a lawyer. We have no way of knowing if your ex is justified or playing games. You don’t even seem to have a question for us. |
