How often do you get together with local siblings?

I dislike my SIL intensely so we see them as little as possible. She is very negative and simply boring. To add to the fire I have just learned that my interest in my nephew's college plans is not well received, by her, anyway. So that's that, no more communication. Holiday events should be interesting this year.
