How does the school still allow this?

They should hire some henchmen..... er, I mean homeless advocates.... to move her to a more comfortable location. Like some elementary school in NE where the poors kid's go to school. She'll be safer there.

If dc cares about the homeless they would pass laws to commit and treat resident homeless who need help, shelter those that are simply transitional, and give one way bus tickets home to recent arrivals.

Except DC progressives think of the homeless, the bums, and the druggies as their pets. Simple minded creatures who have to be cared for yet allowed to live a free range lifestyle.

Weird. We don't have this problem in Arlington or Fairfax. I guess our progressives still have a few shreds of common sense.

You would send a homeless person from an extremely cold state back there?

Clearly not for their own good.

Yes, I absolutely would. Hopefully their home state would have more in place to care for them than we do, as we dont involuntarily commit the homeless that cannot care for themselves.

How is it safe from a sex offender or disease standpoint to expose students to a homeless person living on property? If it were male homeless person would it be handled differently?

Are all homeless people diseased sex offenders? Your cart is pulling the horse.

I’m more worried about the unvaccinated kids.

How would you know? No one checks or cares.

If you don’t think Fairfax and Arlington don’t have a rising number of homeless you have not been paying attention to your surroundings. It has gotten progressively worse every year. I am seeing them at intersections all over Fairfax and on the streets of Arlington every day. Every metro station and bus stop.

It’s getting worse every year and no one from the government is doing any thing meaningful to help them. These people are mentally ill and need treatment.

No one in DC cares about transitioning the homeless to not being homeless. They are part of the scenery, viewed as quaint I guess.

We most certainly have homeless in Arlington. They are always by the exit ramps and library.
