what age does ECNL start for them?

Best ECNL in my area besides BRYC would be... ?

why are they not talked about much? Is that a good thing or bad?

ECNL for girls:
McLean
Loudoun
then BRYC

Nobody cares about BRYC - they don't go to nationals, aren't ranked etc etc etc

Loudoun is easily the worst ecnl in the area.

I guess we will find out. They are behind McLean and VDA for sure. BRYC, depends on the age group. Generally, they appear to have solid players but no superstars, which in youth soccer makes a difference. If you have two or three that’s the difference. I.e. if McLean or VDA or FCV swapped their three best players at any age group onto a Loudoun team, they’d be near or at the top in the area.

Top players from those clubs would not enjoy playing for Loudoun, given Loudoun's overly direct style.
