+1 that combo turns my stomach and I'm not even nauseous/1st trimester pregnant anymore. And way too heavy. That is like protein overload. |

Then imagine it as an omelet (eggs) with chicken, broccoli, and oats. Or a savory oatmeal with chicken, broccoli, and eggs (maybe sunny side up?). |

| Squash (acorn, spaghetti) or sweet potatoes roasted in the oven with olive oil and salt. Warm, filling, comforting. Not the lowest calorie thing you could eat, but satisfying and healthy. For something sweet instead of savory, but similarly warm and satisfying, oatmeal. |
