What’s easy, filling, and low calorie?

I had horrible nausea during my first pregnancy and zero in my second, so you’re not necessarily doomed. But one of the only things I could deal with eating was a plain turkey sandwich on wheat with lettuce, light on the mayo.

+1 that combo turns my stomach and I'm not even nauseous/1st trimester pregnant anymore.

And way too heavy. That is like protein overload.

Then imagine it as an omelet (eggs) with chicken, broccoli, and oats. Or a savory oatmeal with chicken, broccoli, and eggs (maybe sunny side up?).

Sounds to me more like mini chicken Meatloaf?

Squash (acorn, spaghetti) or sweet potatoes roasted in the oven with olive oil and salt. Warm, filling, comforting. Not the lowest calorie thing you could eat, but satisfying and healthy. For something sweet instead of savory, but similarly warm and satisfying, oatmeal.
