I figured out the key to eating a meaningful breakfast

For some reason "meaningful breakfast" had me imagining you with a plate of eggs, toast and bacon in candlelight with roses. Maybe you looking it the plate wistfully... while journaling about 'self care.'

I think everyone is different. I do best skipping breakfast (but yes coffee!), big early lunch around 11, early dinner at 5/6. When possible. And avoiding snacks. I hate eggs which limits a lot of healthy breakfast options so I just skip it.
