Uber has NO customer service. If you have a problem or issue that needs fixing that’s just going to be tough luck.
There’s no phone number to call , you just get to email some bratty people in another country who will most likely tell you ‘tough luck’. For the first issue they’ll give you a $5 credit, after that they just laugh - no matter the issue. I vote Lyft. |
