I know DS’s, but not DD’s. I also know DH’s, MIL’s, and my sister’s. I’m not sure why I know DS’s, but the others have had the same numbers when I had a land line and would dial manually, so I remember from that. |
Yes, of course I know my kid's number! Really OP and others?? |
+1000 I’m so confused, how do you not know your own kids phone number?! |
Yes. We drill each other on all of our phone numbers. I have younger kids and want them to be able to call our oldest if there is an emergency. I don't have many phone numbers committed to memory but my parents', DH's and my kids' are all in there. |
I know my son's number because I helped him pick out the easiest one when we got his cell phone. |
Yeah, duh. My dad had a card in his wallet for years with important numbers on it. I bet he still does, even with a cell phone now. |
Nasty remark. So if you're ever going to be really late or something and don't have your phone that falls under 'every five minutes?" She's probably so happy when she's away from you. |
I learned my DH’s by making it the number I needed to give at dry cleaning. I also learned other family members by make it my computer pw at some point so I’d be force to use it. I use my moms # at cvs so have to use that frequently. |
I don’t know my husband’s or other key numbers well enough to recall them in an emergency when I am flustered- so I have then on a laminated card in my wallet. |
AGH no I don’t! I could easily call a grandparent for it an emergency but I’ll take the advice here and use a laminated card in my wallet going forward. |
This is kind of appalling! |
I'm trying to remember them, but my brain doesn't work like it used to. |
+1000 Do you not know your DH’s number either? Please make it a priority to memorize ph #s if everyone living in your house |
Email them. |
of course. i know all the numbers of important people in my life. |
