My oldest is the same and has mostly girl friends at school but I agree it does make it hard for play dates and then birthday parties are invite all the girls so he wasn’t invited to one party this year. Never got a boys invite either. Luckily the first girl he was hoping to have a play date with has a nice mom and they have come over a lot.
