Does your teen DD use a purse?

+1 She also has the wallet attachment for her phone

I bought my daughter a cross body bag from Lucky brand when she was in about 10th grade. She still uses it in college.

And wallet case to the phone and that is all you need.

How do they carry tampons/pads?

This is what prompted my 13 year old to start carrying a tiny purse. Not like she has functional pockets on any of her pants or shorts.

That’s the only time mine use one as well. And even then it’s just a little wristlet type thing.

Usually they just have their phones which have payment apps and also wallet cases on them.

TBH, I don’t even use a purse most of the time when I’m running errands unless the pants I’m wearing doesn’t have pockets. Even then, if I’m only getting a few things I’ll just have my phone and keys with me and skip the bag.

Sure, Jan.

Mine has a small Vera Bradley bag too. If she's going out with friends she'll stick her phone and wallet in there.

OP, snap out of it. Have you ever tried to take your phone from your teen? They are glued together--no strap needed. Get that wallet phone cover and she'll be good to go.

Mine prefers a small phone that fits in a pocket (won't part with the iPhone SE). She carries a very small wallet that holds ID and one card.

Usually a wristlet. When she needs free hands, like at an amusement park, she wears cargo pants or cargo shorts with zippered pockets.
