I took the train to NYC and picked my car up in person but you can also have it shipped.

You can do pretty well just by googling "June 2019 best leasing deals". CRV for $2399 at signing + 249/mo for 36 mo. But OP wants a third row seat.

Lease specials are based on specific MSRP cars that local dealers rarely have in stock, and even if they do have an equivalent MSRP car they will give you a bunch of BS on why they can't honor the payment. I can guarantee when you get into the dealer that 250 per month will become 300-350.

A broker does lease negotiating day in and day out and typically has "a guy" for each brand who gives them extremely aggressive pricing in exchange for volume. They do receives a small fee for this which pales in comparison to how much you save over the course of the lease.

To anyone reading, I would reach out to the company I linked above (DSR Leasing is another reputable company but they're based in California). They'll give you a free quote and then compare that to the quote you get in-person at a dealer.
