PPA Premiere

Glad to read such a positive thread. My son will be moving up to Premier next year, U9. So far our experience in development has been overall positive vis-à-vis parents aren’t too crazy, coaches are generally nice (some have been ineffectual).

Where do most teams practice? Are they still looking for players?
I just saw this post and hadn’t considered PPA before. I have a rising u12 boy looking for a new team. His current travel team is very stressful (lots of yelling and not able to participate in any other sports). We’re considering MSI Classic or SAM select teams because this experience has turned us off to travel. However, after looking at the PPA site, I’m intrigued.

DC and lower Moco. Places like Deal Middle School, Maret School, Landon etc.

Reach out to them and ask if he can come for a practice.

What school does he go to? There are kids that come from as far as North Chevy Chase, and a few from Bradley Hills/Bannockburn, but most are DC-based.

He will be at Cabin John Middle School. We might be a little too far out.

Most Cabin John kids we know go to Potomac.

Toca, Classic, practices in Potomac too. Fusion is Classic and Sam Select.
