Sibley ER for miscarriage?

I wouldn’t want to pass a second trimester fetus at home if I could help it. Beyond the pain, I think the sight would be distressing. I imagine we’d want a pathology report as well. Unsure I could just stash the remains until Tuesday. I guess I’d park myself at the ER if no other option.

I also went to the GW ER last year when I was miscarrying and was treated terribly. I hope you are receiving excellent, compassionate care at Sibley.

That is truly terrible OP. I had a miscarriage, and my practice, Physicians and Midwives, scheduled the D&C for over the weekend at Inova Alexandria. It's worth calling them (even on the weekend) to see if they'll see you. Or, call that hospital to see what their practice is.

I had no idea other practices wouldn't do a D&C on the weekend.
