Recommendation for location for small morning get together to celebrate child milestone

Cake and coffee will need cold drinks in heat. You will probably want to add fruit. Lugging drinks, plates, etc seems like such a pain. No adult wants to stand in a park in the heat.

And if it is family, won’t they expect food as in a meal? I feel an event should always include food.
