1) No but I’d get a forgotten lunch and bring it back up. Not homework. (Small private school). 2) He’s a B student, has ADHD, and does forget things. 3) I work and I’d be late. 4) 13. |

I will bail my kids out every once in a while if the consequence for me is minor inconvenience. I'm not going to be late to a meeting with the head of my department because my kid forgot something, but I can be a little late if nothing's scheduled. My coworkers and I know stuff happens, from traffic to brain farts.
My kids are MS/HS now, but we didn't always go back for stuff even in ES. And they're all pretty responsible and occasionally forgetful. |

2) are they generally good student and responsible? yes 3) do you work and this would be late to work? yes, I have a flexible arrival time and generally arrive on the earlier side. 4) what age is your DC? 12 year old twins in 6th grade. Between them, I've probably driven about 5 things to the school this year. None in the past 3 months so they're learning! |
