People who have depression or are depressed respond better to colors. Also red is fav in in schizo. |
| Black. Totally. Everything else is cheap looking and dated in one year. |
|
Most cars look best in black. I almost always buy black.

I think some colors go better with some cars then others. This is my entirely personal round up... but when I speak to friends there seems to be an agreement that some cars are associated with some colors traditionally.
When I think BMW - I think..
When I think Range Rover - I see green one kind or another..
Ferrari of any other color then red is a waste of paint and a car
Mercedes can not be non-black.. Porsche and Audi must be white or else! I am confused..
Volvo, if not white then what?..
Should they even bother to make any other color combination for Mini's?

The link above failed the Mercedes miserably so here is a make up link.
This is a beast. Mercedes.. the same car in black looks so much more elegant then any other color. As with Mini, any other paint is a waste of a car. It just won't do.
|
| When I think Volvo, I think Sweden, I think cold, I think snow.. I think white. Yes, Volvo has to be white. |
| Red is the new black/silver. |
|
| I associate black with hired drivers. |
Those would all look better black. Except the mini. |
|
I want to add...most MODERN cars look good in black. Some old classic cars look better in color. |
When you say most then which are the ones that look better in different colors? Which classics look better in color. Are you thinking like Rolls-Royces ideal color being .. hm.. brown.. silver? Or black? |
| Just to test the theory of black being prevailing color, I went to few popular high end car websites to check their New Car Inventory section and looks like this checks. Most cars they stock are black. The simple logic is, they stock what sells most so this is what sells. I am sure they know what they are doing. This also can be confirmed on the road. Most cars I see are black indeed. |
| White cars look terrible. White SUVs in particular. |
