I think I'm attracted to her but sometimes have little or nothing to say

Yes dumb or boring and sometimes I get so stressed out about it. So me not saying anything is a cop out. Damn I'm such a loser!

Tell her this, gauge her reaction, if she still wants to make things work, work through it together, see how things go make decision.

How would you 'work through it together' with this? If things don't flow naturally between two people why try to force it.

Could be. But my mind doesn't go blank, but unsure whether to engage? Does that make any sense?

Do you have sexual tension? Do you want to take her to Poundtown? Do you sense that she wants a ride on the D train?

I’m not hearing any passion in your post.

Op, I'm the girl in a very situation and I've pretty much assumed the guy is not interested in me. Or rather he's into someone else because he's pretty animated when he talks about another girl.

If you like this girl you need to talk to her and talk to her regularly.. Just be yourself. She likes you enough to date you so don't try to be something you aren't.

+1 . Please tell me you are not older than 25! You come across as a mind playing ding dong. Stop playing games. If you like her act like it which includes TALKING TO HER! If you don't like her you need to let her know nicely do she can be with a guy who is crazy about her.

I am a woman in this same situation, except via text. He says he's so into me but can't carry a conversation via text. I assume he's not that interested. I would be happy to talk/text about anything at this point.

She's usually very good at keeping the conversation going but can't do much when I don't (want to) engage. I don't like it when I do that and think it's rude but sometimes I'm just just like that. Still think and feel I'm madly attracted to her but is this a bad sign?

It sounds to me like you are stringing this poor girl along. You are using her to entertain you and get sex while you are waiting for the girl you really want.

Op, what are your ages?

How long have you two been dating?

How well did you know each other before dating?

You are way too hard on yourself, op!

Why would she think those things? Trust me if she thought you were dumb or boring she would be paying you dust.

Tonight I want you to text her the first thing that comes to your mind or one of the things you've been thinking about saying. Just do it!

If you have little to say she will get bored with you and move on. Yes, women may speak thousands of more words a day then a man but you’d better save some for her.

I know! Plus it's just plain rude. A PP help established that I'm nervous and anxious so I'll try not be and just be myself. And hope she doesn't find me boring in the end.

And to a couple other PPs - really not playing any games or 'stringing her along' but I appreciate you sharing the perspectives from the other side.

If she finds you boring then she’s not the one for you; you should be able to be yourself with the person you’re dating — that’s when you know it’s right.

If you are stuck, ask her about herself. What would you like to know about her? And just actively listen.

And feeling a bit socially awkward does NOT make you a loser! You’re in good company; a lot of people feel that way.

Are you a virgin op?
