Stolen Hubcaps

We had this happen when we lived in Georgetown. I bought some cheap plastic hubcaps (from Kmart back then) and once on, they looked like normal ones. Someone stole those too eventually - they were probably mad they didn't get the real thing.

Check walmart.com for a cheap replacement set starting at about $23 for 4
