49 and hoping for 63. I’ve started planning my next career!
46 and plan to retire in 1 year
56 now. Given our finances, I will have to work as long as someone will pay me. Another 20 years?
I've been a stay-at-home Mom. Once I go back, they will have to pry me away and I'll STILL work from home.
40 and planning to retire with my husband at 45 (planning to launch a side business together at that time). We've both saved diligently since we were 18 and excited that the math works out for us to both be retired while our kids are in middle school.
I'm 38. Probably until 65. Having another baby right now so not really a choice but thankfully I like my job.
61, 67 to retire. I love what I do and the interaction with people. I climb the walls when not working.
40. My husband is 41. He will likely work forever or until he is in his late 60s. I will likely start slowing down around 50 when my kids start high school and work through my mid-60s.
I hope to retire at 62, when I hit my 20 years as a fed.
I'm also a Fed planning on retiring at 62. I'll have 35 years at that point. I'm 50 now. |
45. Hope to retire by 60. Kids will be finished undergrad (ideally) at 57. A lot will depend on the state of our healthcare system and what insurance options are available by then.
52 now and a fed. Will retire when I reach my 30 years. I’ll be around 58 and my kid will be out of college. I’ll find something to keep me busy and earn some extra income for a few years, but I’m ready to move on from my fed career as soon as I hit age and service requirements.
By 60, when both of my kids (hopefully) will have graduated from college. Honestly, my ideal would probably be to work part time hours forever.
F, 41. Working part time already now and have for years. Hope to retire at 55 but will work part time. I like part time work as long as I’m healthy.
Me too. But realistically, until I'm dead. |
