What shoes would you wear with this dress?

Sorry, didn't mean to offend with my expensive taste in shoes (I don't own them, for the record, just am currently obsessed). You can find them much cheaper (Nine West, Steve Madden, etc.).

OT, but did you notice that the BR model's feet were pigeon-toed? I've gotten so used to see that in the J. Crew catalogue, and now it seems to be spreading like an insidious disease...
